In the era of digitization and simplification of the Public Administration (PA), cyber security, blockchain it is increasingly important to collect, manage and process documents and files containing personal data following the evolution of the privacy legislation and the ever more rapid developments , of new technologies. The EU Regulation n. 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (so-called GDPR), in force since May 26, 2016, dictates the rules on security and protection of the integrity of personal data and privacy in all Member States from May 25, 2018. binomial between the GDPR, based on the concept of "accountability" (ie the responsibility of all the "actors" of the processing of personal data) and the bearer of a series of principles (including those of minimization and purpose of the processing) and of rights due to each natural person (Interested), such as the right to be forgotten, the right of access, rectification, portability and opposition to processing - on the one hand -, and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003) - on the other - the new regulatory framework for the lawful and correct treatment of the personal data of each individual is articulated.
